Our Story

Providing trustworthy and quality care to aged care facilities and hospitals, with specialised nutrition and dietetic knowledge for over 20 years.

In 2002 when Emma Rippon started working as a dietitian in her first aged care facility, she noticed a lack in the quality of good food and nutrition options for residents. She learnt that enhancing the food experience was a key to optimising the quality of life of residents living in aged care. Emma came to realise that this wasn't only an issue within the facility, but it was a widespread industry problem and she decided that she wanted to change that.

With her passion and expertise, Emma founded Eat Well Nutrition Service with the goal of providing quality care and enjoyable food, with dietetic knowledge and skills to ensure effective and specialised nutrition support and care.

Now, Emma has grown Eat Well Nutrition significantly to 14 staff and delivers quality services to over 200 organisations right across Australia. With a focus on what is in the best interest for both the consumer and the organisation, Eat Well Nutrition leads the way in healthcare by providing best-practice nutrition and dietetic care with quality, expertise and innovation.

This isn't a success story that happened overnight, but is a story of how one person's passion, commitment and dedication led to real and meaningful change in the health industry.
