Meet the team that contribute to the expert service we deliver.
Emma Rippon – Owner and Managing Director
Emma is a highly skilled Accredited Practising Dietitian and managing director of Eat Well Nutrition Service. She is responsible for Eat Well’s business operations, strategic direction and management of client relationships.
Emma’s dietetic career began in the public hospital system. She worked for a number of years combining hospital, aged care and private practice work as the sole dietitian at Eat Well Nutrition Service from the Western Suburbs of Melbourne. As the business grew, Emma decided to expand and employee quality dietetic staff to support the needs of the Eat Well clients. She loves mentoring and supporting her staff to excel as dietitians. Along with her business role, Emma also works regularly with our aged care and private hospital clients. She enjoys being hands on as it helps to strengthen her clinical skills in the ever changing world of healthcare.
Emma is also the mother of two young children and in her spare time she enjoys family time and travelling with her husband and family.
Ami Dutton – Senior Dietitian
Ami joined the Eat Well Nutrition team in 2012 following her move to Melbourne. She is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed her dietetic training and commenced her career in the UK.
Ami’s extensive dietetic experience includes working for the National Health Service in the UK. During her career she has enjoyed a diverse workload including hospitals, family and community services and aged care. She also has keen interest in health promotion and enjoys coming up with creative ways to teach people about nutrition and health. She is a highly skilled, caring and dedicated health professional.
In her spare time Ami enjoys listening to live music, going to the theatre and cooking for her family and friends. In the future she is looking forward to discovering more of Australia.
Anna Muir – Dietitian
Anna is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University in Melbourne. In her dietetic career, Anna has worked in a variety of settings including aged care, private practice and health promotion.
She joined the team at Eat Well Nutrition in 2015 and services our aged care facilities and private hospitals. Anna has a depth of knowledge regarding aged care nutrition and hydration management. She enjoys assisting people to improve their health through nutrition, keeping up to date with the latest nutrition research, and sharing this knowledge with our customers.
Outside of work, Anna enjoys visiting new cafes and restaurants, cooking, yoga, and spending time at the beach.
Janette Tang – Dietitian
Janette is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who joined the Eat Well Nutrition team in 2014. Janette completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University and has over 4 years experience consulting in aged care and in one-on-one consultations, with a strong focus in chronic disease management.
Janette enjoys sharing her passion in nutrition by educating and helping people towards building a healthy relationship with food. She values that nutritional advice needs to be practical and achievable and takes this approach in her practice to help people in achieving their goals.
In her spare time, Janette enjoys trying new recipes, perusing through food and craft markets and looks forward to travelling more around the world.
Ella Smits – Dietitian
Ella is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who joined the Eat Well Nutrition team earlier in 2016. Ella completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Nutrition and Dietetics at Curtin University, and a Bachelor of Science in Human Nutrition at Massey University in New Zealand – where she is originally from.
Ella has experience in aged care, hospital inpatient and outpatient settings. She recently joined the Eat Well team after working in regional Western Australia. She is passionate about helping her clients reach their health care goals, and achieves this by keeping up to date with the latest nutrition news and using this information in a practical manner to educate her clients.
Ella is enjoying re-discovering all that Melbourne has to offer, including cafes, restaurants and travelling around Victoria.
Rebekah Daniels – Dietitian
Rebekah is an Accredited Practicing Dietitian and has completed the Bachelor of Health Sciences and Masters of Dietetics. Since graduating Rebekah has worked in regional hospitals, community centres and aged care.
Rebekah provides services to many of our aged care facilities. She is passionate about assisting others to maximise their quality of life through better nutrition and actively seeks opportunities to keep up to date with the latest nutrition knowledge.
In her spare time she enjoys exploring the outdoors, gardening and listening to music.
Daniel Fun – Dietitian
Daniel is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and joined the Eat Well Nutrition team in 2016. Daniel completed his Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at Monash University and has worked across a range of settings including: clinical dietetics, community nutrition, teaching and private practice.
Daniel is passionate about aged care nutrition, and works closely with our customers to enhance the wellness and quality of life for all residents.
Outside of work, Daniel enjoys piano, racquet sports, hiking and visiting restaurants across Melbourne. He also enjoys public speaking, presenting on nutrition topics at various footy clubs and sport institutes.
Emily Pettit – Dietitian
Emily is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who joined the Eat Well Nutrition team in 2017. Emily has a Bachelor of Health Science and a Masters of Dietetics from Deakin University in Melbourne. Emily has experience working in aged care as well as hospital inpatient and outpatient settings.
Emily is passionate about improving people’s health by tailoring food and nutrition advice to suit each person’s unique lifestyle, goals and health needs. She promotes lifelong health and wellbeing by empowering people to make gradual and sustainable changes and develop a healthy relationship with food.
In her spare time, Emily enjoys connecting with family and friends, trying new cafes and keeping active through hiking, walking her dog and regular yoga practice.
Stefanie Simnadis – Dietitian
Stefanie is an Accredited Practising Dietitian and our Western Australian team member. She completed a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics at the University of Wollongong.
Stefanie has extensive experience across acute hospital and rehabilitation settings, with a keen interest in aged care nutrition. She recently joined the team after moving from the east coast for some new and exciting experiences.
Stefanie loves all things food, enjoys being in the outdoors and is a keen traveller. She is excited about discovering all that Western Australia has to offer.
